Qustomer
Know Your Customers, Grow Your Business.
An all-in-one business operating platform designed for modern businesses, transforming your everyday activities into growth opportunities.
The problem, and what we do about it
The problem
Most businesses are stuck in regular work, and rarely have time or clarity to think about growth. Even those who move beyond daily work often struggle to engage customers effectively, interpret what their business data is telling them, and take meaningful action towards improvement. This leads to losing customers and, ultimately, losing revenue.
The solution
Qustomer is an all-in-one business operating platform that connects business operations — sales, billing, inventory — with customer engagement. Qustomer helps you engage your customers, understand their behaviour, and execute smarter decisions with no extra effort.
The approach — three pillars
Engage
Stay connected with your customers and make them a part of your business.
Understand
See what is actually working in your business, and what needs to be worked upon, through real data and useful insights.
Execute
Take action on those insights using tools built to keep your customers coming back to your business.
How it works
- Set up your business's profile in Qustomer.
- Run your everyday operations through the platform.
- Collect customer information as a part of your regular workflow.
- Qustomer automatically engages your customers and generates valuable insights from there.
- Take action using the built-in growth tools, and keep customers coming back.

What a web lead arrives with
The contact form captures these before it reaches you, so don't re-ask them on the call: business name, category, staff size, whether they run software today and which, location, who referred them, and their start timeline. Reasons that unlock the full questionnaire are "bring Qustomer to my business", "book a demo" and "pricing & plans".
Use-case pages you can send
Six industry landing pages exist, each with its own scenarios and highlights: Restaurants & Cafes · Bakeries & Juiceries · Salons & Parlours · Spas & Wellness · Retail Stores · Entertainment & Leisure. There's also a separate consumer-facing page for the customer side of the app.

Why it's different in one breath
Most loyalty products are a bolt-on: the merchant runs a separate POS, and loyalty is a plastic stamp card nobody scans. Qustomer collapses that — loyalty becomes a side effect of normal operations rather than extra work. And because one binary serves both sides of the counter, the customer's phone is part of the system: they discover the business, order from their table, earn points, get a birthday voucher automatically, and come back — all against one customer record.
Which app you see depends on your session, not your download. Useful to say out loud early — prospects assume they need to buy separate merchant and customer apps.
Personal mode
The end customer
Wallet, nearby businesses, stamps and vouchers, order tracking, reservations. No organization attached to their session.
Organization mode
The multi-business owner
Roll-up dashboard and insights across every business they own. This is the highest-value demo for a group owner — sell the distance, not the counter.
Business mode
Staff at one business
POS, inventory, live orders, CRM, campaigns — scoped to that one business. Narrowed further by role.
AvailablePoint of sale
Cart → review → apply rewards → payment → receipt.
Barcode scanning and customer-QR identification built in.
AvailableSplit & partial payments
One order settled across cash, QR, gift card and customer balance in any combination.
Each tender is its own ledger row — the cash-up reconciles.
AvailableFonepay
Nepal's interbank QR rail — static QR and signed dynamic QR.
Dynamic QR reconciles automatically. No manual matching — this is the killer line for anyone reconciling QR screenshots today.
AvailablePayment requests
"Please pay" delivered as a live card in chat.
For channels we can't verify, the customer marks it paid and staff confirm.
AvailableOnline shop
A customer-facing storefront per business: browse, checkout, track the order.
Can be switched off per business.
AvailableDelivery & pickup
Delivery zones, saved addresses, scheduled fulfilment.
Fees resolved per zone.
AvailableReceipt & label printing
Bluetooth and WiFi/LAN thermal printing, plus product labels.
LAN printing is native app only. On web you get the system print / AirPrint fallback.
AvailableCard payments
Card can be recorded as a tender on an order.
Recorded as a tender on the order; the card terminal itself stays separate.
Generic on purpose. "Spots" are tables, rooms, booths, bar seats or service slots — the product is not restaurant software, so avoid food-service language with a salon or a studio.
AvailableSpots
Tables, rooms, booths, bar seats, service slots — with capacity and party-size bounds.
Multi-spot bookings supported (capacity adds up across joined spots).
AvailableFloor map
Drag-editable visual layout of the venue.
Visual builder for arranging the venue exactly as it is laid out.
AvailableQR table ordering
Guest scans the table, browses and orders from their own phone.
Staff review the queue before it reaches the kitchen — answers the "what if they order nonsense" objection.
AvailableLive orders board
Per-item queue with prep stages, courses, priority and ticket numbers.
Can be switched off per business.
AvailablePrep stations
Route items to the station that makes them.
Kitchen, bar, counter — configurable per business.
AvailableOrder progress on the lock screen
iOS Live Activities and Android Dynamic Island.
iOS Live Activities; Dynamic Island on HyperOS, and a rich notification on other Android.
AvailableReservations
Booking with deposits, pre-orders, conflict detection, staff-proposed reschedules the guest confirms, and QR self check-in.
Can be switched off per business.
AvailableAssistance requests
Guest call button for water, staff, or the bill.
Alerts route to floor staff, app-wide.
AvailableLoyalty programs
Points or stamps, per business, with a customisable card and a printable poster.
Expiry by fixed date, N days, or inactivity.
AvailableMembership tiers
Automatic ladder by points threshold, or manual VIP assignment.
Each tier carries its own perks.
AvailableRewards
Fixed discount, percentage, free product, free shipping, bonus points, bonus stamps, tier upgrade, cashback.
One primitive — everything else composes on top of it.
AvailableVouchers
Publicly claimable, code-only, or targeted — with claim caps and windows.
Discoverable by nearby customers, so they double as acquisition.
AvailableOffers
Applied automatically at checkout when their conditions match.
No cashier action needed — nothing for staff to remember.
AvailableGift cards
Sold at the till or minted by a customer, shared by link, sent anonymously, forwarded person-to-person.
Value is escrowed in transit — a forward in flight can't be double-spent.
AvailableCustomer balance & tabs
Store credit and running tabs against a customer record.
Append-only ledger; corrections are reversals, never edits.
AvailableCampaigns — 19 recipes
Birthday gift, win-back, first-purchase bonus, happy hour, spend milestone, VIP auto-tag, welcome member, visit milestone, weekend special, anniversary, bulk buy, members-only, spend-and-save, targeted gift, public voucher, points-per-purchase, reservation reminder, and two expiry reminders.
Each one provisions the program, the reward and the automation in a single guided flow — the operator doesn't build it.
AvailableAutomations
The engine underneath: trigger → conditions → ordered actions, with an execution log.
For anything the 19 recipes don't cover.
AvailableSmart recommendations
Daily suggestions of campaigns worth running, from the business's own data.
Suppressed when an existing automation already covers that need. AI-reviewed analytics land the week of 10 Aug 2026.
AvailableDiscovery
Customers browse nearby businesses and deals by location.
This is a real acquisition channel for the merchant — "the same app your customers use to find you."
AvailableReferrals
Refer-and-earn with a leaderboard.
Includes Play Store install-referrer capture.
AvailableWhatsApp win-back nudges
Monthly re-engagement to customers who have a phone number but no account yet.
Monthly summary, points reminder, or win-back — one per person, opt-out honoured.
AvailableBranded extras
Designable digital visiting cards and shareable greeting posts.
Low-effort brand surface — lands well with owners who run their own Instagram.
AvailableCustomer profiles
360° view: spend, visits, points, balance, tags, and a unified journey ledger of every order, reservation, payment and transaction.
Every ledger row is reconcilable along one axis. Open a real profile in the demo and scroll the timeline — this is the aha.
AvailableTemporary customers
Add someone by phone with no account, accrue their points and orders, and let them claim the record when they sign up.
Removes the "install the app first" barrier at the counter. Say it: "you can start collecting customers before any of them download anything."
AvailableTags & segments
Customer tags with per-tag insights.
The segmentation layer campaigns target.
AvailableChat
Business↔customer threads carrying live transactional cards — an order, a reward, a payment request.
Chat is where business gets done, not just a message box.
AvailableNotifications
Push, email, WhatsApp, SMS and in-app.
Per-channel configuration. SMS OTP is carrier-limited to Nepali networks.
AvailableProducts
Variants, add-ons, categories, tags, per-channel availability.
Picking a product with variants always requires a variant — the variant is the thing that sells.
AvailableInventory — 4 modes
None, simple, batch (lots with expiry and supplier), derived (recipe-based).
Derived computes availability as "how many can we make". Sell a dish in the demo and show the ingredients draw down.
AvailableBulk onboarding
CSV import, contact import, barcode scanning, and AI menu-photo scanning.
Photograph a printed menu → structured catalogue. Our strongest cold opener, and our strongest AI moment — do it on the call.
AvailableFinance
Cash/bank/wallet accounts, general ledger, income & expense categories, day book, customer balances, inter-account transfers.
Five append-only ledgers. Corrections are reversals, never edits — that's the defensibility story for a manager.
AvailableAnalytics
Sales and day-part patterns, RFM and cohort retention, churn risk, menu engineering, profitability, basket cross-sell, org roll-ups.
Bucketed in the business's own timezone. Say "your best-selling item and your best customer" — not "cohort".
AvailableTwo cost numbers
An estimated cost (for margin ranking) versus last purchase cost (for real COGS and profit).
Accrual accounting: buying stock isn't an expense, selling it is.
AvailableStaff
Invitations, QR staff onboarding, and custom roles authored on a full permission matrix.
A new waiter is productive the same shift. See Roles.
AvailableGoogle Business Profile
Connect and sync business info and action links.
Nice-to-have; rarely the reason someone buys.
AvailableSettings
Business profile and hours, transaction rules, online-order rules, reservation rules, delivery zones, payment methods, printers, appearance, language.
English and Nepali both first-class — for floor staff, Nepali is an adoption requirement, not a nicety.
22
Plans, limits & switches
This is the single easiest place to over-promise. Read it before you quote anything.
Per-business switches — everything is ON by default
A platform admin can turn these off for one business. Use them to keep a retail shop's app clean, not as an upsell lever.
Eleven role presets ship, plus a safe default for new invites — and custom roles can be authored on the full permission matrix. A strong demo move for a group owner: show them their own org chart inside the permission matrix.
24
Demo paths & what to say
The three-minute aha, by persona
Owner-operator
POS → customer QR → profile
Ring up a sale, scan the customer QR, watch the stamp land automatically, then open that customer's profile and scroll their whole history. Under three minutes.
Group owner
Org dashboard → drill in → permissions
Start at the roll-up across every business, drill into one, then show the permission matrix. Sell the distance, not the counter.
Cold meeting
Photograph their menu
AI menu-photo scan turns their printed menu into a live catalogue on the call. Converts scepticism into engagement faster than any slide.
Pain → capability → proof
Objection handling
25
Discovery & qualification
Ask these roughly in this order. Don't pitch until they've named a pain in their own words.
Qualify the model
- Out of 10 customers today, how many had been in before?
- How many transactions on a normal day? On your busiest day?
- How do you take payment right now?
Find the pain
- What did you do last night after closing?
- Last time something went wrong with an order or with stock — what happened?
- If a regular stopped coming, would you know?
- How do you tell customers about something new?
Map the committee, then test switching cost
- Who else would use this every day?
- Who decides? If it isn't the person in front of you, ask what they care about.
- Who fixed it the last time your billing or POS broke?
- What are you using today, and what do you like about it? If they can't name a dislike, there's no deal yet.
- When is your slowest week in the next two months? That's the migration window.
Fit score — run it on every deal
Score each 0–2: repeat-visit revenue · 40–400 daily transactions · hands-on owner · already takes digital payment · names a specific pain · 3+ staff who'd use it · no entrenched system.
8 or more — pursue now
5 to 7 — nurture
Under 5 — disqualify, politely and fast
